Thinking of buying a home or an automobile soon but your credit score is too low? Or would you just like to clean up your credit report? I can help.
It's all legal, no magic, just
persistence, common sense and good credit management. I have a simple system that
consists of a credit analysis by a mortgage lender, a letter writing campaign and a strategic credit management plan.
 First we challenge negative
entries on credit reports with the bureau asking them to "verify" the
account. After that we take the next step and send a certified letter to
the debt collector doing the reporting and demand that the "validate"
the account. I use the protections provided by the Fair Debt Collection
Practices Act, 15 USC 1692g Sec. 809 (b).
I write all the letters, address the envelopes
and even fill out the USPS forms when necessary. All you do is sign them
and put them in the mail. I have a series of form letters that I adapt to each
person.
I charge a very
low, one time fee compared to the companies and law firms out there. And here is the best part: If you buy a house and use me as your realtor, I pay you the credit repair fee back at closing.

I started doing this to bring my own credit scores up so I could buy a
house. Then I started helping my clients so I could sell them a home.
Now I help all sorts of individuals for a variety of reasons. Email me if you want to hear more about my system.
